Feeling a bit frazzled? Overwhelmed? Can't shut your mind off at night to go to sleep? I've been there. And as the mom of twin toddlers, I can say that most of my days with them are more stressful than they were when I was a 737 pilot.
I can't wave a magic wand and make the chaos of your life go away (wouldn't that be nice?) But in the time it takes you to drink a cup of coffee, I can give you some tools to calm your nervous system, stop freaking out, and possibly help you sleep better.
I had planned this as a 5 day course, but I'm giving you access to all of the videos at one time so you can move through them at your own pace. The videos are purposefully short so that you don't have an excuse not to watch them. I'm familiar with the "I'll get to it later" excuse, which turns into never. Apparently I'm not the only one who has paid for courses I don't finish. My hope is that this one is short and easy enough that you'll actually finish it.
